Broccoli Omelet Recipe, How to Make?

Broccoli Omelet Fabrication :

Cut the broccoli into small florets. Soak in hot water until slightly softened.

Put olive oil in a pan, add broccoli and sauté lightly.

If you are going to use zucchini, peel the zucchini and cut it into cubes. You can sauté the zucchini in the pan at first, then add the broccoli and sauté.

On the other hand, break 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk them well. Add 1 tablespoon of flour, salt and spices on it and whisk again. Then add finely chopped dill, 50 g grated cheddar cheese and crushed white cheese and mix.

Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed broccoli and mix once. Close the lid of the pan and cook the omelet on low heat.

After the omelet is cooked, you can put it on a serving plate, slice it and serve it hot.
